American Access Online Customer Portal
Updated the existing customer account page to a more robust portal based on specific stakeholder requirements, competitive analysis, and the need for mobile access. Created and iterated on wireframes, generated a prototype for stakeholders and developers. Worked with developers as they built out the portal.
Rewards Network Marketing Site
Architected and revised wireframes for a landing page and online application based on specific client requirements, web standards, and the organization of required information. Created prototype and worked with designers and developers to revise as the site was built.
Rewards Network Marketing Templates
Initiated the idea for and created wireframed templates for marketing sites to be presented to clients, saving design and development time that was being spent on custom sites each time. Updated documentation from a multi-page Word document to a Powerpoint/PDF that better represented the company and its services.
Dremel 3D EDU Pages
Translated printed brochure information and some digital assets into pages for the Dremel 3D website. Added Testimonials and Reseller application at the client's request.
